My name is Renaud and i'm in charge of the organic garden and farm workshop for our villagers. This is a non-profit community of people living together, some of whom have special needs, in the Laurentian hills. Located an hour north of Montreal, our community of 45 people is nestled in a valley on old farmland, in the midst of the forest.
woofers will be integrated into small groups, mainly related to gardening , farming and estate maintenance, but we may also need help in the kitchen in one of our houses.
this means that you will be able to acquire knowledge in the field of organic gardening, animal care ,property maintenance and household chores.
Meals will be shared in one of the houses. As for accommodation, depending on availability, it will be a room in one of our 5 independent houses on the estate.
In summer, we also have space in a yurt and a caravan.
music is played by many community residents we are in the heart of the laurentian forest so hiking swiming and lots of other outdoor activities are available
