Our farm is located north of Powell River B.C. , 4Km South of Lund B.C. It's located by the ocean on a piece of land that our grandparents bought 75 years ago.
We grow almost all veggies for our own consumption and occasionally sell at the local Farmers markets.
We are a family working together - Paul and Chelsea are siblings who were raised on this piece of land, and Paul's children are 15 and 11 years old. Chelsea lives here with her husband Chris, Chris’s 85-year old mom (as of this writing in 2026) and their two children, 11 and 8.
Our farming practices are 100% deep organic with a commitment to as little plastic as possible on the farm. We are not highly mechanized but have enough machinery so it is not backbreaking.
We have an eight thousand square foot greenhouse and grow through the whole year. Because our farm is so close to the ocean the climate is milder than other places.
We pick wild stinging nettles, mushrooms and wild berries for our freezers and as recreation
Our guests stay in the tiny home. We have a composting toilet under a cedar tree, which is a rustic but fully functional solution for our very little septic field. We share the kitchen and the shower in the main house.
Our farm is surrounded by natural beauty. Hiking trails and beaches are close by. There are many possibilities for day trips or weekend trips in the area. Check Sunshine Coast Trail, Savary Island, Desolation Sound, Manzanita Hut, etc.

Certifications: Our farm is 100% deep organic but bureaucracy around certified organic farming is unnecessary
Current projects: Early in the year our main projects are mulching, fertilizing with organic compost.
From February to September we do vegetable starts, transplanting, and weeding, firewood, building maintenance, etc.
