Hello WWOOFers,
Thank you for your interest in our farm! If you're interested in learning about herbalism, organic farming, and life in the beautiful Canadian boreal forest — we’d love to hear from you!
📅 Availability
We are looking for volunteers from May through October

📍 Location & Transportation
We are located on the banks of the Pembina River in northern Alberta, near a Wildland area with lakes, hiking, canoeing, and in late summer/fall — frequent northern lights sightings.
There is no bus service near the farm. However, we travel between Edmonton and the farm almost weekly, typically:
• To the farm: Friday or Saturday
• Back to Edmonton: Sunday or Monday
In July and August, travel is more flexible and arranged as needed, so just let us know your plans.

🌿 About the Farm
We are a certified organic herb garden farm (certified by OPAM), focused on:
• Growing and drying culinary herbs and herbal teas
• Maintaining a large food garden
• Caring for sheep, chickens, and ponies
We are passionate about holistic and sustainable farming — our farm is solar-powered and environmentally conscious. If you're eager to learn (or share knowledge) about herbs, organic growing, or boreal forest living, we’d love to host you!
Our sister farm up the road now manages the goats, but WWOOFers sometimes help there too, if interested.
